We are looking for a specialist growth oriented digital marketing leader with 8-10 years of experience spanning SEM, SMM, SEO, email & push marketing and affiliate marketing. One who is capable and excited about achieving a fashion company’s digital marketing objectives during a high growth & optimization phase. You will work directly with the Founder and lead all aspects of digital marketing and build and manage your team.

  • Your responsibilities: Develop and achieve the annual digital marketing strategy spanning sales and cost budgets, channel/campaign strategies, improvement opportunities and growth strategies
  • Perform and lead daily account management of Google & Facebook Ads accounts including the campaign implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization
  • Liaise with various teams including Technology, Brand Marketing and Creative to develop and synchronize strategies and optimize implementations based on data insights and business goals
  • Build additional digital channels including marketplace marketing and push + affiliate marketing in the near term
  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation and team/ agency management
  • Improve targeting strategies to achieve drive conversion, retention and ROI
  • Consistently evaluate emerging technologies and achieve thought leadership
  • Lead the Digital Marketing and SEO teams and agencies
  • The role reports into the Founder & CEO
  • What we’re looking for:8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads manager, email marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing
  • Experience in executing campaigns, analysing performance and recommending optimization opportunities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop growth strategies and channel expansions
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Passion to persevere, achieve and grow
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast changing environment
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and ability to work independently
